AZUDLINE thin walled pipes for irrigation (with integrated drips)
AZUDLINE is a type of thin walled irrigation pipes with integrated drips, which provide the most favorable conditions for seasonal crops. The irrigation pipes' life is long, they are clogging resistant and also provide more precise and more stable irrigation. AZUDLINE irrigation pipes is the best irrigation choice for irrigating different vegetables and flowers. Drip protection technology (DRIPSAFER):1. MAXIMUM CLOGGING PROTECTION The built-in AZUDLINE filter, equipped with the DRIPSAFER technology and triple protection system from AZUD, provides maximum reliability and prevents invasion of particles which could clog the drip up: 1)DYNAMICAL protection system: the hydrodynamical properties of the filter together with its large filtering area prevent invasion of suspension particles into the drip.
2) LINEAR protection system: convenient layout of the filter together with the direction of the stream allows the particles inside the filter to be let out (when the speed of water circulation in the drip increases and the particles just come off the filter and the drip), preventing clogging. This procedure is effective both for initial irrigation stage and for washing the pipes.
3) MECHANICAL protection system: particles larger than the mouth of the filter get trapped. DRIPSAFER is the barrier and limiter for the dirt coming into the drip.
2. SEDIMENT RESISTANT LABYRINTH The AZUDLINE drip has turbulent flow which prevent deposition of sediments in flow area. The novelty of its structure is the dentate shape of the channel whose toothing is directed downstream, which make the solid particles to be drawn through the flow area (preventing clogging). 3. MAXIMUM FEED CONSISTENCY The structure of the flow area of the AZUDLINE drip, integrated to the pipe by means of extrusion, offer minimal resistance to the water flow. This provides longer row and higher feed consistency. 4. HIGH SERVICE PRESSURE RESISTANCE The range of working pressures is much wider than that of other systems with same diameter. |
